7:15 - 8:00 AM Registration, breakfast buffet and informal networking

8:00 - 9:00 AM Introduction by attendees - an opportunity to tell the group who you are, what you do and your purpose for attending the meeting

9:00 - 9:45 AM Presentation by our speaker or panelists

9:45 - 10:00 AM Q&A, and more informal networking

 At the close of the meeting, a printed roster of the meeting's attendees is available. Margaret joined the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center's Northeast Regional Office as its director in October 2005, after four years as director of MSBDC Boston Regional Office & Minority Business Center. Margaret is a board member of the Creative Economy Association of the North Shore (CEANS). She has participated in the development of new business products and programs, community development initiatives, and public affairs and government relations. Margaret has a BA from Boston University and an MA from Tufts University. She completed her thesis at Tufts in 1999 on the turnaround of Ireland's economy, the role of the European Union and the country's emerging small business sector.

   
Jean is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the high-tech industry including JAM Technologies (acting CEO), Quarry Technologies (Founder & CEO) and AXON Networks (Co-Founder). She is an active investor in early stage high tech companies. Current Board positions include Network Subscriptions, International Strategies, JAM Technologies, Home Portfolio, Mobile Secure, iTeam, and EdTech Networks and former Board positions include Ohia Networks, Intouch Systems, ZipCar, and others. Non-profit Boards include The Technology Capital Network and Thompson Island Outward Bound. Jean earned an M.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. from Boston University.
